- Is there a monthly subscription?
- No. AdsRoster charges 5% of billable sponsorship revenue.
- What counts as billable sponsorship revenue?
- Successful paid bookings, minus eligible refunds.
- When am I billed?
- After each calendar month closes. Invoices are due within 7 days.
- Do sandbox bookings count?
- No for real billing. Sandbox data is separate.
- What happens if I refund a sponsor?
- Refunds confirmed before invoicing reduce billable revenue. Refunds after invoicing are credited to the next billing period.
- Who receives sponsorship payments?
- The publisher. Sponsors pay through the publisher’s connected Bachs account.
- What happens if I do not pay an AdsRoster invoice?
- Existing campaigns continue, but new bookings may be paused after the grace period.
